At Squair Air Suspension, many of our products are built to order. Please read the following return policy carefully before purchasing.
Custom-made parts are manufactured specifically for each customer’s suspension setup.
Returns are not accepted for custom parts that have been incorrectly measured, specified, or ordered by the customer.
Squair Air Suspension is not responsible for fitment issues resulting from incorrect measurements or vehicle information supplied at the time of order.
Custom-made parts are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced.
Returns may be accepted on non-custom kits (including management kits) under the following conditions:
The item must not be installed, used, or modified
The item must be returned in original condition and packaging
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is required
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking and warehouse fee, as kits are built and allocated per order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or modification
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect due to an error on our behalf, please contact Squair Air Suspension within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist.
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
To request a return, please contact Squair Air Suspension with your order number and reason for return.
