Warranty Policy

Squair Air Suspension provides a limited warranty on its products as outlined below.


Warranty Coverage

  • AirCups: 2-year limited warranty

  • All other components included in the AirCup Kit (including management and compressor): 1-year limited warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.


Warranty Eligibility

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, including in the event of vehicle or system resale.

  • Warranty coverage commences from the date the system is shipped from our warehouse or collected and signed for by the original purchaser, whichever occurs first.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.


Installation Requirements

Warranty claims will only be considered if:

  • The system has been installed correctly and in accordance with Squair Air Suspension guidelines

  • Proper installation can be verified through photos, documentation, or inspection if requested

Incorrect installation, modification, misuse, or neglect will void all warranty coverage.


Exclusions & Consumable Items

Certain components are considered consumable wear items and are not covered under warranty. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Air line

  • Push-lock fittings

  • Water traps

  • Seals and fittings subject to regular wear

Wear resulting from normal use, environmental exposure, heat, abrasion, or contamination is not covered.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications or alterations not approved by Squair Air Suspension

  • Use outside intended application

  • Damage caused by accidents, impact, or environmental conditions


Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Squair Air Suspension with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the affected components and installation
